Ignite Ages 11-13

    • Our Ignite Strength Classes for 11-13 yr olds incorporate total body circuit training for general fitness, athletic development, & performance training.

    • Age-appropriate weights & volume
    • Low-risk & effective exercises & challenges that develop core strength and power, enhanced bodyweight control and agility, and improved strength for the court, track, field, mat, or just everyday life! 
    • More than a gym: we care about our kids and instill character building into all of our kids' programs. 

Note: 10 year olds can do this class if they are ready. 14 year olds can stay in this class also.
