Made to Move is a high energy Christian dance fitness workout where we sweat, move, worship, and praise Jesus together.
Set entirely to Christian music, Made to Move feels like a dance party and a workout all in one. You’ll dance, move, laugh, sweat, and have fun while getting your heart rate up. Throughout the workout, we’ll also take moments to pause, pray, and refocus our hearts on Jesus.
This class is for anyone and everyone, regardless of your fitness level or dance experience. You don’t have to be a dancer, and you don’t have to be “in shape” to come. Modifications are available throughout the workout so you can move at a level that works for you.
