Yes, at 11-13 yrs old it’s perfectly safe to get their foundation with strength training started. We work on bodyweight control, light weights and age-appropriate volume, low-risk but effective exercises & challenges that take their performance to the next level.
Whether you’re looking to keep them off the couch and active, or want to accelerate their results for sports, FMU is the place for them!
Each workout session consists of:
- Dynamic mobility and activation
- Explosive plyometric exercises
- Balance, core, and coordination drills
- Simple strength circuits
- Total body athletic movements
