Our Fitlet classes are a great way to build fundamental athletic development skills in a FUN way:

• We play fitness games and activities
• We incorporate total body exercises and movement skills into obstacle courses
• We work on gross motor skills, Bodyweight balance and control, spatial awareness, core strength, coordination drills, team work, attitude, character, etc.

*Makeups allowed in another class or open gym, please email team@fmufitness.com for more information*
