Our Hybrid Athlete classes are a great way to build fundamental athletic development skills in a FUN way:
- We play fitness games and activities
- We incorporate total body exercises and movement skills into obstacle courses
- We work on gross motor skills, Bodyweight balance and control, spatial awareness, core strength, coordination drills, team work, attitude, character, etc.
Please understand due to high demand we do NOT offer refunds, credits, or exchanges except for medical situations.
