Small group private training (6-8 kids).
Our speed-strength camps are a great way to get both speed and strength work in the same workout! We combine just enough of the speed work we do in our regular camps for half the workout and then finish the second half with quality strength work that we do in our strength workouts. Slightly lower volume for each, but same great exposure and stimulus to get results from both. Great for athletes who come one day a week but also for those who want a second or third day of training for extra repetition too.
