BACK AGAIN: We are going to keep our level system. Level 1-beginners (removing 3 inflammatory foods groups). Level 2(our normal challenge of eliminating all inflammatory foods) and 3-people who have done this challenge before and know what it entails and are ready to step it up a notch for maximum results (level 2 with a focus on carb cycling). I’m level 3 this time. Let’s go! 😎 No more excuses that you CANT. Anyone can do this!!
