Reminders:

• NO REFUNDS or makeups unless for medical considerations. When you book a session you are removing it from the schedule and preventing others to sign up for it. Since time slots will be popular, you could offer it up for someone else to purchase from you if you can't make your time slot. 
• Please bring a long towel or two to sit on (to prevent toxins from soaking into wood). It's best to have a towel that's long enough for you to sit on and will also hang under your feet. This makes it super easy to clean also.
• What to wear? A bathing suit at most. You want the least amount of clothes on so that you don't absorb toxins from fabric. *No shoes in sauna. Wear comfortable clothes to change in and out of. Tight fitting clothes are hard to get back into after your sweat sesh!
• Please be mindful that your session time is the exact time you signed up for, i.e. 9:00-9:30am. We need fifteen minute gaps in between sessions to allow the sauna to air out and Infrared technology kills any germs, odors, and bacteria.
