1️⃣ Join FMU Coaches and other athletes Tues mornings for 6 weeks leading up to the race! (Location: FMU GYM)
2️⃣ Get accountability and in-person training to hit your PR, better your stride, or get from the couch to 5k!
3️⃣ Receive Coach Theo’s full training program for running workouts 3 days per week leading up to the race
4️⃣ For kids & adults! Beginners to advanced! Members and non-members!
