Obstacle Course Club includes:
- Team Warm-up games and activities. Proper active stretching.
- Obstacle fitness challenges to work on gross motor skills.
- Crawling, carrying, running, jumping, climbing.
- Warped walls, monkey bars, rope climb, sled pushes, med ball carry, etc.
