Our INSPIRE classes are one-of-a-kind for this age group!  We mix in general fitness, athletic development, obstacle courses, and game-play activities to:

• Build Strength
• Develop Speed & Coordination
• Enhance Athletic Movements, Gross Motor Skills, and Conditioning
