Coach Gina is a licensed Physical Therapist. She received her Masters degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Findlay and a personal training certificate through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. She currently teaches Total Body Tune Up and performs fitness assessments for new adult members. She enjoys community education and promoting health and wellness with lectures addressing a variety of topics. She resides in Avon with her son and husband and her favorite verse is Matthew 19:26.
Coach Stout was born and raised on the west side of Cleveland. He graduated from Lutheran High School West in Rocky River. He was foreman for RAM Construction Services for 15 years before becoming a part of the FMU team. He is an IYCA certified youth fitness specialist. He is married to his wife Nicole. They have a son Jacob and twin daughters Reese and Riley. Fitness and training have always been a passion for him since his high school football days. He also coaches several youth sports teams including football, baseball and basketball. His favorite scripture is Psalm 103:12
Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. Coach Bailey is a graduate of St. Edward High School and the University of Akron where he majored in Communications. Coach Bailey is approved by The American Council on Exercise through the Great Lakes Fitness Academy as a certified personal trainer. His athletic background includes football and track and field. His experience includes both personally training and creating training programs for local high school sports teams.
His favorite scripture is Matthew 6:25-34.
Born and raised in Brunswick, Coach Bonnie graduated from Purdue University with a Mechanical Engineering Degree. After working for Kimberly Clark and Sanofi-Aventis, she made the leap of faith to be a stay at home mom. She has three kids and is married to her wonderful husband Joe Romano. She began working for FMU in the Fall of 2016 as both a youth coach and Assistant Operations Manager. She loves working with kids and is also the advisor for a technology and coding club at Crestview Elementary School in Brunswick, Her Favorite Scripture is Ephasians 3: 16-20

Coach Amber has a degree in special education from Cleveland State. She has worked both as a preschool teacher and Nanny Governess for several families. She is head of Business Operations at FMU and special events coordinator. She also manages the adult members and program schedule. She is a board member for Smiles for Sophie Forever Foundation. Over the past several years she has helped raise over $100,000 for local charities including Smiles for Sophie Forever Foundation, Roc4NBCure, and Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. She is an IYCA certified youth nutrition specialist. She loves coaching, ping pong, decorating, going on dates and traveling with Coach Theo and especially enjoys playing dodgeball with the FMU kids and adults. She loves children, family and faith more than anything. Her favorite verse is Philippians 4:13.
Coach Theo was born and raised in Youngstown in a full-blooded Italian family. He's an former Division I college wrestler from Cleveland State University where he earned his bachelor's and master's degree in clinical social work. He holds the highest fitness training certifications from the International Youth Conditioning Association including the Youth Fitness Specialist Level 1, 2, & 3, Speed & Agility Specialist, High School Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and Youth Athletic Assessment Specialist. He was featured as a Men's Health Top Trainer and also on the NBC Spartan Team Challenge Show. He's also an author and motivational speaker and resides in Avon with his wife Coach Amber, son Giovanni, and daughter Alana. His favorite verse is where his life motto #ItsNotAboutMe comes from, Philippians 2:3-5.

Coach Amanda graduated from Bowling Green State University and the Medical College of Ohio and has been a physical therapist for 15 years. She has worked in diverse settings with athletes, children, and patients with chronic disease and geriatric specialties. She enjoys helping people with recovering from injuries and decreasing pain. When she's not working or working out at FMU she is blessed to try to keep up with her three kids and her ultra marathon running husband. Her favorite scripture is Galatians 6:9
Coach Matt has been working at FMU for 2 years as a youth coach. He has trained with Coach Theo for 5 years. He was introduced to Coach Theo while working for his mom at Metro Hospital. Shortly after meeting Theo, he participated in FMU's Pull ups for Zoe event logging 500 pull ups!! Matt is a senior at Westlake high school where he runs track and placed 7th in the state for diving. Next year he will be attending Cleveland State University to dive and study occupational therapy. You will most likely catch Matt jumping off the warped wall into a back flip. He is also the only person to conquer the 14ft wall using only one foot!
